The Sheppard family is saddened to announce Peggy’s passing on Sunday, June 25, 2017 in her 63rd year. She is predeceased by her parents Jacob & Vera (Andrews) Winsor, father & mother in law Walter & Margaruite (Pope) Sheppard, brother Donald Winsor; brother in laws Bill Barbour, Bill Jones, Ralph Sheppard, sister in law Elizabeth Winsor. Peggy leaves to mourn her husband Gerald Sheppard, son Stephen (Jennifer), daughter Suzette, brother Gerald Winsor; sisters Myrtle Jones, Shirley (Peter) Barbour, Patsy, Joan (Gerald) Kean, Carol (Jeff) Stokes; grandchildren Geri, Brandon, Aaron, Petra and sister in law Ruth Winsor. Peggy was well loved and will be forever remembered by a large circle of family and friends.
