Our friendship of 27 plus years has seen us through good times, rough times & bad times. It also included meeting & getting to know your parents & siblings. Which to me is an added gift of friendship. I will always remember Mrs. Blackwood as being very welcoming, friendly, a quiet lady, the numerous times our paths crossed. Her hospitality was top notch. The pleasure & joy on her face when she shared special occasions & holidays with you was always evident. Remember those times and not the tormented ones of recent years for the good far outweigh the bad. Cherish the love you shared.

I truly wish I could have been with you during the past few days to lend a shoulder to you all as you cope with the lost of mother, mother in law, and grandmother. Keeping you all in my thoughts & prayers.
