Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Wednesday September 10th, 2014 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Dorothy Winter (nee Brown). Dear son of the late Rexie & Jersha (Oldford) Winter of Valleyfield. Loving father to Bill (Elas), Rick (Barbara), Craig (Jaki) and daughter Casey Winter. Pre-deceased by his brothers Henry and Charlie. Left to mourn are his brothers Herman, Heber (Edna) and Lloyd (Wilhelmina). Eric was a proud and devoted “Poppy” to his many grandchildren and great grandchildren, he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Always and forever remembered for his generosity, loving nature and always kind spirit.
